Refunds

Snakoff is free to play. This page explains what can be bought, how refunds work, and where the full rules are. The binding text is our terms of use; if this page and the terms ever differ, the terms apply.

Today: nothing is for sale

Right now nothing in Snakoff can be bought with money. Checkout is switched off, and every coin in the game is earned by playing. So there is nothing to refund today.

When coin packs open

Coin packs are coming. When they open, coins will be the only thing in Snakoff you can buy with money, and they will only buy looks and small conveniences, never an advantage in the game. Prices will include VAT where it applies.

Who sells. Payments will be handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy takes the payment, handles VAT and sends you the receipt, and its own terms apply to the payment. We only receive what you bought, not your card details.

Your right of withdrawal. Under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered right away, such as coins added to your wallet, that right ends once delivery starts with your agreement. When you buy, we will ask you to agree to immediate delivery and to confirm that you then lose the 14-day right of withdrawal.

If something goes wrong. If something you bought doesn't work, for example the coins never reached your wallet, write to us at [email protected] with your order details. We will fix it or refund you.

What a refund does. When an order is refunded, the coins it added are taken back from your wallet.

No cash value. Coins and looks can't be exchanged for money or transferred to other players.

If the game closes. If we ever close Snakoff, we will give at least 30 days' notice and stop selling right away.

Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live. The full terms, including who runs the game and how disputes are handled, are in the terms of use, and how we handle purchase records is in the privacy policy.
