On your device

The game stores some things in your browser's local storage: your settings, your session, the day's progress, and an offline copy of the game so it works without a connection. These are strictly necessary for the game you asked for, so they need no consent. Your consent choice, an install id for analytics and an ad counter are stored only if analytics or ads are used. We set no tracking cookies. Clear this site's data in your browser to remove it all.

Who else handles your data

All of these act on our instructions under data-processing agreements, except Lemon Squeezy and Google for their own purposes as described in their policies. Some are US companies. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Ads

The game offers optional ads you choose to watch for a reward: a second chance at a round (once a day), double coins after a run that counts, and a daily coin bonus. It may also show at most one short ad a day after the result of a run that counts, never before you play and never in your first three days. In the EU, UK and Switzerland a consent message from Google (a certified consent platform) asks you first. You can say no and still play everything. Without consent you see no ads, or only non-personalised ones where the law allows. You can change your choice at any time from the link in that message.

Coins

Coins are earned only by playing and spent only on looks and streak freezes inside the game. They can't be bought with money, exchanged, sent to anyone or cashed out, and they have no value outside the game.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

You can withdraw any consent at any time. Because there is no login, tell us your display name and roughly when you last played, so we can find your player; we may ask a follow-up question to make sure it's you. We answer within one month. You can also complain to a data-protection authority, for example ours: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (www.uodo.gov.pl).

Children

The game is for everyone, but it is not directed at children under 13. Where analytics or ads need consent, someone under 16 (or the age set in your country) needs a parent's agreement. We don't knowingly collect more than the game needs from anyone.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes, such as switching on ads, we'll tell you in the game before they apply.
