The game

Fair play

Play yourself, with your own hands. Please don't:

Every run that counts is checked by replaying it on our server. Runs that look impossible are flagged, and we may remove them, reset a rating, or block a player. If we act on your run or account, we tell you why where we can, and you can reply to [email protected] to ask us to look again.

Names

Your display name is public. Don't use a name that is offensive or hateful, impersonates someone, contains personal data such as a phone number, or advertises something. We may change a name that breaks this rule; you'll see a short reason in the game. To report a name, write to [email protected] with the name and the day you saw it. We look at every report and decide without undue delay.

Purchases (only if offered)

We may offer optional looks for your snake and an ad-free "Supporter" option. Purchases never change scores or give an advantage in the game.

Ads (only if shown)

The game may show ads to stay free. In the EU, UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent first; see the privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We try to keep the game running every day but can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. If a fault spoils a round, for example the server is down when a round closes, we may re-run or cancel that day's results. We may change the game and these terms. For important changes we'll tell you in the game, and if you keep playing after that, the new terms apply.

Liability

The game is provided free and as it is. We are fully liable for damage we cause on purpose or through gross negligence, for injury to life or health, and wherever the law says liability can't be limited. Otherwise, we are liable only for foreseeable damage from a breach of essential duties. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Poland. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there. Please write to us first; most things can be sorted out by email. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.

Ending

You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the privacy policy). We may suspend players who seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
